Financial Planning & Analysis Analyst

The Group are looking for a strong FP&A Analyst to report into the Head of Finance and Planning to help drive the business forward by providing key business insights.

• Updating and building financial models including cashflows and Balance Sheets.
• Supporting the budgeting and forecasting process including timetable management.
• Profitability, margin and KPI analysis and reviewing business performance versus budget.
• Building strong relationships with department heads, particularly the Commercial Director.
• Supporting the business through financial advice and information to assist with decision making and managing department budgets& forecasts.
• Ad hoc projects to ensure continuous improvement in business processes.

Skills & Experience

• 2 Years+ experience in a commercial Finance role
• ACA/ACCA qualified
• Excellent communication skills
• Excellent Excel modelling skills and a sound knowledge of data manipulation.
• Experience with revenue and pricing modelling
• Exposure to IFRS accounting standards particularly around revenue recognition
• Excellent knowledge of MS Office and familiarity with relevant computer software
• A working knowledge of Xero Accounting Systems is preferable.
