Induction Zesty
Any information collected through our platform is controlled by the Care Quality Commission Registered Provider and processed by Zesty as a processor acting on the instructions of the Provider who is the Data Controller. Your information is not processed by Zesty for its own purposes. This Cookie Policy, as well as the cookies used on the platform, have been agreed by and are provided on behalf of the Provider, which is generally a hospital Trust. When you use the Induction Zesty platform you will be using it in alignment with the Provider’s Cookie Policy. Both the Cookie Policy and Privacy Policy (for further information on how your personal information is processed) you will see when using our platform will be that of the commissioning Provider.
